Jeff Petrick

Vice President, Finance, Take Care Health Systems

Jeff Petrick is vice president, finance for Walgreens Take Care Health Systems. Jeff is responsible for assessing and implementing business unit strategies, business planning, analysis of business results, and advising business unit leaders on means to improve business and operational performance. Jeff was one of six founding officers of Take Care Health Systems, serving as chief financial officer. During that tenure, he established the finance and accounting functions of the company, and actively guided the diligence teams for both the company’s private equity financing and the Walgreens acquisition. Prior to joining Walgreens, Jeff held a number of positions in both private and public companies in the service and manufacturing industries, including serving as vice president, corporate controller, and chief accounting officer of EnerSys (NYSE “ENS”), and vice president and corporate controller of Rosenbluth International. Jeff has over 30 years of experience in auditing, accounting, finance, and treasury functions and has actively participated in two initial public offerings and one private company sale. Jeff is a graduate of Villanova University and is a C.P.A.
