Former ARAMARK Senior Executive and SAP America, Inc. Vice President to Focus on Human Resource Management and Maintaining Company Reputation of ‘Employer of Choice' During 2007 Expansion and Growth
CONSHOHOCKEN, PA (March 27, 2007) Take Care Health Systems, a leading independent operator of convenient care clinics, today announced that Margery Geers, former ARAMARK Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Healthcare Management Services, has joined its senior management team as the company's Chief People Officer, effective immediately. Geers will report directly to Peter Miller, President and CEO.
Geers brings more than 16 years of global human resource management experience across various industries and expertise in managing multiple accounts and employees throughout a nationally distributed environment. At Take Care Health, Geers will focus on core human resource systems and processes to lead in attracting, developing and retaining top talent as the company expands to hundreds of clinics in multiple markets across the country. Geers will also play an instrumental role in supporting the organization in maintaining its reputation as ‘employer of choice' for nurse practitioners and all colleagues.

Geers joins Take Care Health from ARAMARK, where she was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Healthcare Management Services, leading all aspects of human resources across three major service lines, providing clinical support services to over 1000 health care clients. Prior to ARAMARK, Geers was Vice President of Human Resources for SAP America, Inc. where she helped support the company's growth during the very competitive and aggressive dot-com environment.
