Take our check-in procedure, for example — just drop by and sign in at one of our touch screen kiosks. It's simple, quick, and after the short process is complete, we'll have you on record permanently. Once you establish a Take Care Clinic visit record, we can track all your treatments at any of our locations. Need a record sent to your primary care physician? We can do that, too.
